Men and women 18+ years old, boys and juniors 16-17 years old, boys and girls 14-15 years old, boys and girls 12-13 years old.
Technical and tactical seminar: boys and girls 10-11 years old, boys and girls 8-9 years old, boys and girls 6-7 years old, boys and girls 4-5 years old.
Equipment: red/blue rashguard and red/blue wrestling shorts.
Technic: the positional struggle is evaluated. Painful and suffocating techniques are allowed. TTS up to 12 years with restrictions.
Battle Formula: Round 1. 4-5, 6-7, 8-9 years — 2 minutes. 10-11, 12-13, 14-15, 50+ years – 3 minutes. 16-17, 30+ years – 4 minutes. 18+ years — 5 minutes.
